CALL TO ORDERMeeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Jerry Cervak

REPORT                               

OLD BUSINESSJuly 4^th Weekend Chairperson- No chairperson as of yet. We
will leave this on the table for next month. 
Trim A Tree Co-chairperson – Roberta Head         
Parking Letter/Issue: A 2^nd letter was sent out 3/2/05, to clarify
our intent of out 1^st letter.  Mike Houlihan – Director of Public
Works: He will be meeting with the Village Manager & a grant
committee on parking in the village. The board has approved to go
out and study the Riverside business district and parking. The 1^st
meeting is in April, then specific dates for future meetings will be set
up. We will send 2 representatives to these meetings, Eric
Sundstrom and Art Canavera.  Please forward your parking
suggestion/concerns to either Art Canavera at 447-0662 or Eric
Sundstrom at 447-1622.  

NEW BUSINESSEaster Egg Hunt:  Approved to donate $250.00.
Riverside Public Library – Gargoyle Event: They received  27
responses and will be going forward with this event.  A 2^nd letter
will be mailed out soon. Everyone decorates their own Gargoyle.
The Gargoyles will be display in Sept. and Feb will be the auction.

Meet Your Candidates: Thurs, March 17^th 7:00 p.m. at the
Village Hall.    

SPECIAL GUEST:                    Tom Shields- Village Trustee of Riverside, introduced himself and
discussed the election on April 5^th .
